Chinwendu Gloria Onwudiwe is a dynamic entrepreneur, devoted mother of three, and a passionate advocate for inclusive economic development. As a member of the Board of Trustees at Aspire Development and Empowerment Foundation (ASDEF), she brings invaluable insight and leadership rooted in years of hands-on business experience.

In her role as Director of Enterprise and Women’s Economic Empowerment, Gloria leads ASDEF’s efforts to equip women, youths, and underserved communities with the tools they need to achieve financial independence. She oversees programs that promote business training, access to markets, mentorship, and startup support—especially for women-led enterprises.
