Anoliefoh Ijeoma Gloria is a committed development professional with extensive experience in community engagement, advocacy, and project management. Born in 1972 and a proud mother of five, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of vulnerable populations—especially women, youth, and children—across Nigeria.
She holds a Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, Nigeria, and has served in various leadership roles within the non-profit sector. As ASDEF’s Program Manager, she leads the design, execution, and evaluation of strategic programs, including digital literacy, skill acquisition, health campaigns, and educational support aimed at addressing social inequalities.
With a strong history of working with NGOs, she brings valuable expertise in community mobilization, partnership management, and delivering impact-driven initiatives. Anoliefoh has participated in numerous national and international seminars, workshops, and conferences, offering her voice on sustainable development, gender equity, and grassroots empowerment.
